I need the pinout for cable **0G2001.00-090**. I found that this cable is no longer manufactured, and I have been unable to find any documentation specifying its pinout. I need this information to perform tests with an **NC154** device.

Hi @Isaac_Lopez ,
I didn’t found the pinout but in the manual it’s written RS232 communication:

====
From the CPU - CP152 and CP153 manual

I have found more details about [Datasheet RS232 cable | B&R Industrial Automation](https://www.br-automation.com/en/downloads/accessories/cables/datasheet-rs232-cable/):

or standard RS232 cable:

Hi,

I also found no pinout documentation.
Asking AI, I was lead to a webpage containing following information which makes sense in my opinion:

- There’s no RJ11 serial data standard
- try to measure out GND, TX, RX if nobody finds a pinout documentation or knows it
  - Power off. Do any wires make low resistance connections with device chassis? Label as possible grounds.
  - Power on. Is any line at -5 to -12V wrt chassis ground. If only one this is probably TXD.
  - check those probably combination against diagrams found in the internet - it seems that most commonly the combination of RJ11 - 2 GND, 3 TXD, 4 RXD or RJ11 - 4 GND, 2 TXD, 5 RXD were used (but please measure before!)

Hope someone will have more reliable information.
Best regards!

We created this image with the precise pinout of this cable. As you see, the cable only includes 5 internal cables inside + 2 bridges, one on each side.

I think this is pretty clear so:
