AlarmList Category Configuration

Hi Community,

I have an AlarmList widget that I am looking to configure/customize. I’ve added a ‘category’ AlarmListItem to the widget, along with a mpalarmxcategory file in the configuration view. I configured my categories using alarm codes. I can see my chart successfully via display, but no icons appear in the category column. I don’t see any options in the configuration file or the alarmList widget properties in order to configure the category icons for the table. Does anyone here know where to look for configuring these icons?

Hi Jessy,

The ‘category’ AlarmListItem widget displays images provided by the user.

Basically, you will set a range of ‘Codes’ that define an alarm as being in a specific category (Codes are set in MpAlarmXCore configuration, the codes’ categories are set in MpAlarmXCategory configuration).

Then, you will add the images you want displayed in your project structure (make sure to make the image names identical to their respective category names).

Finally, in the AlarmList widget’s properties, you can use the property “imagePrefix” to define the relative directory of the images to be displayed under “category”.
