# AS 4.12.5 crash

AS4.12.6 is a full install, for some reasons like cyber security… ([Latest AS 4.12.6 as upgrade?](https://community.br-automation.com/t/latest-as-4-12-6-as-upgrade/3691)) So to have AS4.12.7 you need to:

- uninstall current 4.12.X version you have
- install 4.12.6, please take care about installation path, default one changed.
- upgrade to 4.12.7
