At one of our customer, we are getting the following error in an ACOPOS P3 dual axis drive.
9092: Power stage: Temperature sensor 5: Stop limit exceeded
Both the axis are reporting this error and upon physical inspection the temperature for both the axis is normal.
What can be the issue?
Hi,
I would assume the output current from drive exceeds its specification.
Did you trace the error situation ?
E.g.
Trace
214: CTRL Current: Actual stator current quadrature component
219: CTRL Current: Actual stator current direct component
with pre-trigger on
469: Messages: Status error record available
additionally a Systemdump / Network Command Trace is helpful
(edit: Trace from both axes is needed )
Hi,
in addition to what Christoph said, I suggest to also add this ParID to the trace:
1538: Power stage: Temperature sensor 5: Temperature
We will see if the temperature corresponds to the current values.

Thank you team for your response. The reason for the issue was that the fan of the drive was not working. They replaced it with a new drive and now the machine is running fine
