Have you checked the powerlink cables (in particular the first one connected to the powerlink port on you CPU), as recommended by Austin?

I send to my engineer on whatsapp but he didnt reply yet . But for sure he entered in the system dump because i was with him . The problem is to extract again the file we have to wait until Monday :confused:

The machine is in RUN → very good :+1:
IP Address of your machine is 192.168.250.10 and Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0.

With this information configure on your laptop an IP with the same 3 numbers 192.168.250.x where x is different than 10, and same Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Hi @Skjanu unfortunately we are not doing the progress that I hoped and you already reported machine down 4 days ago.
Please call B&R Support in your area, I think is in Italy.
Even if we have SystemDump we don’t know the topology of your hw, so you need a call with someone from B&R that
can collect all information in faster way.

I hope I’ll be more helpful next time

If you successfully upload the logger, we can take a look quickly at what is inside. Out of that, I agree with @valerio.manenti, for machine shutdown support after 4 days, the local office is a better option. They can offer you also some service offers if needed.
