We are migrating to mapp safety for from safe release in that context please guide us on the topic of communication between Safety release and mapp safety.

what parameters needs to modify in this case.

I am not sure what exactly you mean by “communication between Safety release and mapp safety” but there is a well described Project conversion documentation in our Online help.
