CP153 controller with ME963 memory Module

Is it possible to upload and backup a program in an ME963 memory Module attached to a CP153 controller?

I have PVI Transfer and the ME963 OS is already loaded onto the spare ME963 which is also inserted into the spare CP153

I would like to create a backup of the original ME963 and download it into the spare ME963
