Delete User in Mappview User List is not deleting the user from UIConnect

Hi Team,

Greetings!

I am trying to delete the user using widget actions from the user list and it disappears form the user list.

But, the user is still present in the MpUserXMgrUIConnect.

How can i update the user list of MpUserXMgrUIConnect and remove the deleted users from the list?

AS Version - 4.12

MappServices - 5.24.4

Mappview - 5.24.2

Hi,

is the user you’re trying to delete created at runtime?
If no (= the user is created by AS MpUserX configuration file), then this user cannot be deleted by MpUserXManagerUI.

can you provide some printscreens and more details? is it default user or system user?

The Users are created by the client(mappview) at runtime

Okay, any status / errors at the MpUserManagerXUIConnect?
And, just to be sure - I’m not sure if the lists are updated on the fly, so anything changes if disabling ManagerUI and re-enabling (enable = FALSE + enable = TRUE)?

No errors or status,status is always at idle for MpUserManagerXUIConnect. Not sure about the reseting the FB again, but i have given multiple warm starts but the list seems to be the same

Okay, if you’ve already rebooted then it makes no sense resetting the FB again.
Right now, I don’t see any easy explanation for the behavior (by just looking into the documentation, as I have no ready test environment available right now).

So if no more ideas coming up here in the community, I would recommend to contact your local support for further investigation.
