There was a Ronchi’s filler HMI could NOT restart after an unexpected power failure. After diagnosis HMI (Provit 2000) B&R’s INTERACT program could not restart because security key is not readable (the ibutton key is damaged). Can anyone help me? I have the project file.

Hello,

I am afraid that it is not really possible to help here. The message states that the security key did not unlock a certain module from Interact

This is typically (as you already wrote) when the Interact dongle is missing or damaged. This dongles are no longer available for purchase (since many years now)

Interact was no B&R program (made by a company called “CTC”) and was only distributed by B&R.

Please let me know if you would need Interact software - I can take a look if I can get it. Nevertheless this will not help as the security key is mandatory to unlock runtime functions on the device running Interact Runtime

Thank you Oliver! I have got the interact6, it’s a runtime install files. Could you pls give me the “MNET” and “P2000” dirvers install files in Interact for B&R, V5.2 or V6.0 is Ok.

Thank you Oliver! I think the P2000 driver is the Interact B&R PROVIT 2000 Device Driver, version maybe BR-E0001-520. If the installation package can be found, regardless of whether it can be found or not, thank you very much!
