I dont have the Answer to your Question, but i can tell you that i had simmilar Problems with R4.2-06.

I have tried to Install it on a i5 12th Gen CPU and failed, i did made it thru the Setup process but the OS behaved in strange Ways.
I then tried R4.4 an it worked flawless at first Try.

Keep in Mind that Aprol R4.2-07 is bases on SLES12 wich was released all the Way back in 2017.
I dont think that the Support for Intel Power and Efficiency Cores was implemented at that Time.

This was already a topic with you in a Teams channel
Here the Statements:
1: from Christian Peham:
In my opinion, you will not have success to install the old SLES13 SP3, which is already more than 10 years old on the new hardware.
I guess this AutoYast, which you like to use, doesn’t content the device drivers for your new server hardware.

I recommend to use a standar B&R APC or certificied hardware from our homepage.

Another option, and in my opinion the best, is to install R4.4 with the new OS SLES15 SP4

1. From myself:
Who told you that this Hardware will work? This is not tested and evaluated from B&R.

See link from Christian.

→ possible solutions:

1. APROL R4.4-xx (I recommend the latest one with the latest patch)

2. Virtualisation (e.g: ESXi)
