Identify the servo motor

Hello, please help me identify the servo motor in the photo.
Recently, the servo motor broke down. The data has been completely erased, so I’m looking for the data to order/buy a new one. If it’s not too much trouble, please help me.

Zhejiang Huajian Mattress Machinery Co., Ltd
SX-80 CNC Spring Coiling Machine

2010 year. 380 V. 8 kVt

I don’t think the photo uploaded correctly. Could you please re-share your photo? A photo the motor’s nameplate would be the most helpful.

In order to buy a new one, you will need to reach out to your local B&R sales representative. You can see a list of our locations here: Locations | B&R Industrial Automation. However if you have questions about the motor itself the Community may be able to help once we know which motor you are asking about.

This looks like information for the entire machine. Can you give any details about the motor specifically? The servo motor in your first picture should have a sticker somewhere with model information and a serial number.

Make also a photo of the drive with interface cards visible.

Hi @Olmad_Madolmad ,

If you can connect to the machine you can open SDM and find motor model and s/n on the hardware tree:

But:

  1. What is SDM? Free Learning Content for End Users and Service Engineers : SDM - Announcements - B&R Community

  1. What is SystemDump?

  1. Have you enabled SDM in your project? maybe not…

  1. Does your Automation runtime version installed on the machine support SDM? maybe not…

  1. In old machine sometimes, even if the encoder card is plugged in on the drive we see the label “not configured”

  1. In some old machine, we don’t see the node for encoder card or for the motor, but just the communication card:
Below for example on the standard ACOPOS 1045 we have plugged in encoder card 8AC120.60-1 and motor too but we don’t see them:

In the end, SDM can help your case, but I see that the old machine might have missed some data.
Ciao
