Hello, very good.

We have CPU x20cp1584 Rev.D0 and we want to make an image copy of our project using utility center copy of magen to a compact flash. So far, I agree.

Will this image copy of our project work on another CPU x20cp1584 but with a Rev.D6, F0, K0…? Different from the Original Rev.

Do different Revs of the same CPU model x20cp1584 mean nothing to copy the project from one CPU to another CPU and that the project works correctly?

Hello Julián,

Yes, this will work 100%. Different hardware revisions do not affect, the only thing that matters in this case is that the CPU model (X20CP1584) is the same.

Make sure that the CF size were you will restore the backup is equal or greater than the backup image that you created. That’s all.
