# Install B&R hypervisor on PPC3100 in AS6

I have installed hypervisor (following this guide [Hypervisor Installation Guide: Windows (WIP) - Share Info & Ideas / How-To & Wikis - B&R Community](https://community.br-automation.com/t/hypervisor-installation-guide-windows-wip/4593)) on different hw: APC910/PPC3100/APC3100/PPC3200/APC4100 so I’m sure there a small issue during your installation.

I checked the guide above and it seems you have to update MTCX first:
