Hello,

When i load my project into my plc X20C0484 i get the error “maximum number of clients reached” on the browser and in the SMD page.

I have configured 5 clients, but it is the same, when i download my project to simulation and i open the mappview in the browser, by using 127.0.0.1 i do not have this error.

Any suggestions 🙂

thanks

Sven

In mappView server diagnostic you can see all connected clients. Interesting would be also check the logger, are there any messages?

Hello ,

I only see 5 lines in the log ( max 5 clients configured ) were client ID is blank, then the error occurs, after a while the browser reloads and another 5 clients are trying to connect

what version of mappView are you using? what browser? provide printscreen from complete logger not only visualization module. (or attach logger here).

Hi Sven,

Please check the current date and time on your CPU by opening this window via “Online” → “Info.”

 ![image](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/brcommunity/original/2X/9/94c146bd1b0e8ad339deb25aa382609732ac3291.png)

If the date is not up to date (e.g., the year 2001), this could be the cause of the error.
In that case, you can set the current date and time using the “Set to target” button on the CPU.

Best regards,
Florian
