# Mappview screen issue

We have two mappView screens. I am using one of the 2 screens on the ppc1200 screen and the other on the apple tablet. After a while, a message like this appears on the ppc1200 screen and it cannot be used. It does not work even if we restart it. It is urgent because it is a machine working in the field, has anyone experienced it before?

Hello,  
never saw a behaviour like this…

Here something I would do first:

1. Check B&R “Visualization” Logger for Entries when this issue is occuring
2. Please use chrome or chromium as mentoined in Help (see [B&R Online Help](https://help.br-automation.com/#/en/4/visualization%2Fmappview%2Fguides%2Fcommissioning%2Fcommissioning_browserrequirements.html)): “It is possible to use other browsers (especially on mobile devices). Firefox, Internet Explorer and Edge are known to cause display problems. It is therefore not advisable to use these browsers.”
3. Check your mappView Project with a local B&R Contact
