Coud we buy from Factory in EU and please share the email contact .  
Beside that we have the isue with thís part MATERIAL NUMBER:

8V1016.00-2

This device is obsolete since 2023 and I doubt that it can still be ordered but as @kovarj says you should contact your responsible office/partner.  
Typically when sending goods from the EU to your country there is customs involved and if this is involved you need a subsidiary handling customs
