Have you ever found a community topic describing exactly the same issue you’re experiencing? With the new Me Too feature, it’s now easier to show that you’re affected and stay informed about the resolution.
For unsolved topics in support categories, members can click the Me Too button to indicate they are experiencing the same problem. The feature also automatically sets the topic to Tracking, ensuring participants receive a notification once a solution is accepted.
The button includes a counter that reflects how many community members are impacted by the issue, helping highlight problems affecting multiple users. Once a topic is solved, the Me Too button is no longer displayed.
This enhancement makes it easier to identify common issues, measure their impact, and keep affected members informed when a solution becomes available.
