No mappFramework in Change runtime version

Dear colleagues,
I have installed Framework in AS6. I have two projects. In the first one when I go to the Change Runtime Version, I can see the option for mappFramework. It can be seen at the Figure 1. But in the second project I have not this option in Change Runtime Version. It can be seen at the Figure 2. How to fix it?

Thank you for your tips.

Hi Leos,

Which version of Automation Studio are you using? It looks like version 6.5 is required (if you’re using AS 6). Is your second project running fully in 6.5, or do you see a note about Compatibility Mode at the top of the screen?

Hi Marcus,
I have AS 6.5.12. The project that has no Framework in Change Runtime Version is open in Compatibility Mode 6.3. It is very likely you are right. How can I open the project with true mode of AS 6.5.x? I started this project in AS 6.3. After that I upgraded the AS. But my project stuged in ver AS 6.3. I have not noticed it unitl your adviced to me.

Thank you for next tip.

Hi Leos,

Please see the following community post for instructions how to convert the projects working version to 6.5.

Hi Tommi, First I was looking for some settings in AS. Then I remembered that there is an AS version setting in the *.apj file. I found WorkingVersion=“6.3”. I tried to change it to 6.5 and it works. Basically the same method is described in the thread you sent. Thanks for the link. At least I could make sure that my procedure was correct.

Hi Leos, I’m glad you got your project updated. Are you able to add mappFramework now?

Yes I am. Thank you.
