Hm. Little chance to know if you don’t know the software. The group / role for your maintenance user seems to be selectable, so probably some issue with saving the data?
But again you can’t know where it’s saved unless you have the code. It can be a remanent / permanent variable or a file or a dataobject or a cloud?! 
Best chance imho is to contact the manufacturer.

Then you should provide the details! Where do you save the data?
How? Using MpRecipe? Or some other / older FBs? You would have to analyze why the data is not loaded correctly. Did you check the file on the CF card? Does it contain the correct data?
