# Problem with connection to ACOPOS

In this case I think it would be helpful to check what is in the Network Command Trace.  
[https://help.br-automation.com/#/en/4/motion%2Fnc\_diagnostics%2Fnc\_command\_trace%2Fnc\_command\_trace.html](https://help.br-automation.com/#/en/4/motion%2Fnc_diagnostics%2Fnc_command_trace%2Fnc_command_trace.html)  
There you should see more Informations.  
The error itself tells, that someting went wrong while downloading some system-modules to the ACOPOS.
