Hello community team,

I need assistance identifying a problem with a PPC2100. Perhaps someone has encountered a similar issue.

Device: 5AP1120.0702-100

Hello,

PPC2100 is in the Service mode. You have to check the [logger](https://help.br-automation.com/#/en/4/diagnostics_support/diagnosis/logger/diagnosis_logger.html) to find out what’s the reason.
