PVI Access Violation Error

Hello,

For the past few days, I have been continuously receiving the following error message. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all the PVI stuff, downloading the latest version in the process. But that doesn’t help at all. Does anyone have any idea what the cause might be?

What version of PVI are you using, PVI 6.7.1.6? If so, please downgrade to the previous version, 6.7.0.39. There is a reported bug for 6.7.1; it occurs sporadically and for secure connections.
