Does anyone know of an editor for Structured Text that works with CodeBox, does not require Automation Studio to be installed, and provides some syntax or error checking. Perhaps even capable of indicating if a variable is defined in the AS project that CodeBox is interacting with?

Hello,

I’m sorry but unfortunately there is no such editor.
We created the programs using Notepad++ with an ST Language extension ([User Defined Language](https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/userDefinedLanguages?tab=readme-ov-file)) for Syntax Highlighting.

Maybe also the CNC Editor could work but there is the motion part which is not excludable.

BR Fabian

PS. There have been plans to create a mappView widget but this has not been pursued further. Maybe you can link up you B&R contact person to check for the state.
