# Troubleshooting Mappview Installation In Automation Studio

Using Automation studio 4.12 and I am new to Mapp technology and want to install MappView package with ARSim Configuration. I have downloaded mappview exe file from B&R download section but cant install it through upgrade section.

Hello Suraj Patil,

welcome to B&R community, what do you mean you can’t install it through upgrade section. Can you post some picture of what happens when try to upgrade it ?

This could be permision reason within your pc.

Thank you very much for your reply.

The issue is resolved now. I realized I was making the mistake of not selecting the correct folder where the MappView package downloaded. Instead, I was looking for the downloaded packages in the upgrade section.
