# Troubleshooting SafePLC Communication Issues

hello everyone  
x20SLX806 X20SO4120 to the 1685 plc I have  
I added X20SI9100. I get the following error in remote control methods: No communication with SafePLC. Please check the safety of communication and insulation as well as SafePLC control. how can i solve this

So for your problem it would be interesting if there are logger messages and what the [bootstate](https://help.br-automation.com/#/en/4/hardware%2Fx20slxxxx%2Fkanalliste.html) value is.

It was giving this error because the plc was in service, but when the plc run was completed, the error disappeared.
