AlarmX vs HW diagnostic

Hi, even if AlarmX is quite powerful I didn’t find any way to detect faults coming from the HW like a short circuit, over current, …

Apparently, the only way I’ve is to map thousands of single variable for each HW module.

Is there any way to link HW faults to AlarmX?

Hi @Riccardo, all HW has a moduleOK that can be assigned by variable and checked by mpAlarmX. Most of the modules also have a statusDatapoint, where a variable of respective types can also be assigned and this can be checked by mpAlarmX.
