I was wondering if you can have idea what I need to check. This machine has been working for about 10 years and we have 4 machines with the same plc program, but one of them is happening this issue about 1 time at week.
Im sharing the description, but I need your help if you know which tool is possible to use to investigate the root cause of the fault. PLC was faulted, so is the reason we power-off.
usually the “Details” window has tabs at the bottom, one of them being “Backtrace”. This could help pinpoint the location the issue is happening. Though I doubt it’ll be useful as AR_RTK is an internal component it might be worth a shot looking at/for it.
If this is not available or doesn’t help, I’m suggesting contacting your local support office.
