As far as I know MappIO only switches hardware configuration.
The configuration within an AS project might also contain different assigned software objects which would not be taken into consideration.
If you want so switch two different created AS configurations then it might be an option to create a PIP (Project installation package) for each configuration and copy this files to the user partition of your PLC. Then this PIPs can be installed using the ArProject library
