NTP fonction not updating time

Hi,

how is the stratum setting of your NTP server?
Maybe the PLC doesn’t accept the servers time because of stratum number is too high?

Hello, in general this setup should be possible but I think that the “Stratum” of the settings you have done is too low [image] PLCs do not accept the time from a server where the stratum is too high. Please try to set a stratum of 3 for the initial NTP Server
