There is few different ways to implement OPC UA Cleint, but what is way to define correct Node ID? when communication with 3th party OPC UA?
with UA expert is possible to browse all items and there is NodeID available, but it seem to NOT work with B&R OPC UA Client.

When you’re mapping OPC UA variables from a 3rd party server, make sure to pay particular attention to the Namespace as well as the NodeID. All parts of the address need to be correct in order to read the data. In AS6 the function UA_Browse is added to the AsOpcUac library, which makes it possible to get the NodeID with this browse function.
AS4.12.8 is used. and communication with PLC not MappView

no update, currently need use “external” Beijers X2 device as Gateway, i would like to get direct conneciton but no solution yet.
According to the discussion, there is a way to use AS6 and UA_Browse. If this FUB is not part of AS4 now, I doubt that we can find a solution for you in AS4.
