Hello everyone,

I would like to send my own data in an event.

Unfortunately, my UAExpert reads the specified link to the

variable instead of the data. It’s useful for the client to know where I’m storing the data in the PLC,

but it’s more interested in the variable’s contents. Can

anyone help me figure out how to send the variable’s contents?

Hello,

for sending Events the functionblock UaSrv_FireEvent is necessary.
Also in UA Expert there is a dedicated view to receive these event.

An example can be found in AH4.
Additionally an sample program can be found in AS6 installation directory.
=> C:\Program Files (x86)\BRAutomation\AS6\Samples

In AH6 there it seems like no description for the sample is available.
