I would like to share a quick overview of a quite new feature for mapp AlarmX since version 6.6 :
it now support OPC UA Alarms and Conditions (A&C): The alarms set by mapp AlarmX can be read by OPC UA clients using the OPC UA Alarms and Conditions standard.
tested with version 6.7 (AR, Mapp services, OPC UA C/S)

OPC UA interface should first be enabled in the AlarmXCore config :

Browse to Root/Objects/DeviceSet/PLC/SoftwareComponents/gAlarmXCore within UA Expert and see different methods and tags:

To see current active alarms, you need to add an event viewer and subscribe to gAlarmXCore.
find the node id in the attributes window -
Now we are synchronised (both client OPC UA and MappView widget can acknowledge alarms, etc.) with the alarm system and listening events
