This has been answered in a topic before, most likely the Stratum is too high on the Server for the Client to accept the time.

Hello, in general this setup should be possible but I think that the “Stratum” of the settings you have done is too low [image] PLCs do not accept the time from a server where the stratum is too high. Please try to set a stratum of 3 for the initial NTP Server
