Thank you for your reply, Christoph. You are right about the encoder and I noticed this in the datasheet too, excuse me for mentioning the wrong type. I thought the 2 standards are backwards compatible. If they are not, I guess we found the problem.

You’re welcome. No they aren’t compatible. Instead there is a special card for Endat 2.2 available AC126 But I’m not sure from which ACOPOS firmware version this is supported. +++ update: 8AC126.60-1 is supported with ACP10 V2.331

not that i am aware of this. Endat 2.2 is a digital only encoder whereas Endat 2.1. is an analog one (+ digital extension).
