From the error codes in the screenshot there is an issue with reading the encoder on Axis 1. The encoder could not be connected, defective, or have communication issues. The next step to resolve this issue is to perform a hardware swap to see if there is defective hardware.
Perform a hardware swap on the drive, encoder card, encoder cable, and motor to narrow down a faulty unit. If the error moves with a piece of hardware, then it is defective. Make sure every component is seated properly and cable connectors are firmly connected.

Is this a ACOPOS P3 with single cable connection to the motor?
I yes check the motor connection. The triangles on cable and motor must allign and then the connector must be pushed until no gap remains and then the cable must be locked by turning. Sometimes this locking is done too early (gap can be seen) and the encoder is not correctly connected.
