Anybody knows how to solve error 062 servo axis error?

Error 62 is not a standard B&R error code. This, I suppose, is an error triggered by the application. Do you have a user manual from the producer? Maybe it is documented there. Otherwise, you will need to describe what hardware you have and what exactly happens before this error is triggered.

thank you for your reply, this error happens in during auto mode when the motor that control a lift moves in x-axis and then suddenly stops after moving an inch. It can be reset but still error appears. During manual movement, this error do not appear. I also tried putting the encoder in home position and reset to zero, but still no use.. I think the problem is caused by the ACOPOS 1045 drive. I don’t have any spare to swap this servo drive.

The second alarm is more informative : hardware endswitch up. This could be an electrical or configuration problem.

Look, to be clear. If you do not have a project and at least basic knowledge about it, it is very hard for the Community to help you. Usually problem like that is caused by some hw change in application.

But, if you are able to move the axis in manual mode as well as start a move to the homing position, then I think it is not a problem of the ACOPOS.

  • It is a lift, is it not overloaded? Does the problem happen without a load as well?
  • Do you have a service page to change the speed and acceleration of the axis? Can you, for testing, reduce them by e.g. 50% and test it again?
  • And lastly, usually axis movement is limited with positive and negative switches (sensors). Is it not a problem related to a broken sensor?

and last but not least. Very likely you will need to get in contact of producer of your machine.

Thanks @corne.geerts

just by the explanation i would think this is a brocken wire in the cable runing throug an engery chain. Please have a look in the electrical diagram of the Machine, there is a positive Endswitch conntected to a Digital input. This can be connected to the ACOPOS or an X20 Module. I think this wire went defective.
