Stepper motor couldn't find reference point (ACOPOS and X67SM2436)?

I have a task to restore a Cartesian robot for marking forms. It works on the X20CP1485-1 controller.
After some manipulations (most likely intentional, maybe even the PLC was changed) two errors appeared on the HMI 6057 and 31221. Apparently, these are ACOPOS error numbers.
The problem is that I don’t have the source code of this program.
The only thing I could do was to make a hardware configuration of the machine and read the states of the X67SM2436 (see the pictures).
It seems to me that the PLC parameters were reset (or a new controller was installed) and the program cannot find a reference point.
The actuators move to a certain position that looks normal.
What can I do in this situation to solve the problem without the source code?
