For any errors please always first consult the automation studio help - it is a wealth of information to basically everything around B&R hard- and software.
If that doesn’t help, please ask specific questions and refer to why possible solutions from the help do not apply or what of the possible checks mentioned have not resulted in a solution.

Hi Dmr, I noticed this is your third question about motion in a short period. I recommend considering Mapp motion training, which can provide answers to most of your questions. You can contact your local B&R office for this; it could really simplify your start in this area, believe me

As a moderator and community member, I suggest providing more details when you ask a question. Users in community are more likely to help if you clearly describe your problem, what you’ve tried, where you are, and why you’re stuck. Simply stating “I have error XXX, what should I do?” isn’t enough information for others to assist you effectively.

Thanks, Jaroslav

I will get the training as soon as possible, but right now I am trying to solve the current problem. I find the error messages in the logger and check them in the automation help section. The error says commandid, but I don’t know how to solve it. I’m requesting help on this issue.

When I give power, the servo does not lock itself and the axis light blinks green constantly.

You have to figure out what is difference between yesterday and today, Have you changed anything in wiring or in sw code? if so, return back… all errors have a section Cause/Remedy:

this can also help a lot.

Dear admin, thank you for the information. No I didn’t change anything. I even created a new project and the same situation occurs. The code number you answered does not match my errors. Thank you dear official

That’s on me - I linked the wrong errors above

^ this is -1067380827 which also is only a generic "something failed)

The actual error of your three is B&R Online Help

→ Check your power supply (DC bus)

Dear Administrator, thank you for your answer. The first thing I looked at was the power supply, the voltage value is 24.1v, I know the servo inputs are 24v.

Dear Administrator -1067313152
The error is: “The requested command {CommandID} failed”. I know this too, but I don’t know how to solve it.

As stated: The error -1067313152 AND -1067380827 both basically just show you “something failed”. The real error is the one I gave you the screenshot of. Also usually the DC voltage of a drive is not 24V, are you sure you checked the correct one? Which drive do you have / how do you supply main power to it?

8EI4X5HWT10 appoces 3. This is how I do it. X2 gives 24v and 0v, then x7 and x8 give 0v to the com terminals. x7 gives 24v to the enable-1 and enable-2 input, then I input x8 to give 24v to the trıgger-1.

And the DC bus is generated from the main supply on X1, so that should be some AC voltage that’s missing or too low…

Dear Sir, I checked each phase and each phase shows 220v.
