Over the past two days, the drive has suddenly stopped functioning properly.
- Upon startup, the X-axis drive ACOPOS1022 shows the following status: READY: the green light is normally lit, RUN: the orange light is normally lit. The X-axis motor can also be locked.
When powering on the Y-axis driver ACOPOS1022, the READY indicator flashes green, and the RUN indicator does not light up. The Y-axis motor cannot be locked. - The controller uses your company’s PP21, the communication module is AC110 (I mentioned the wrong model in the video), and the expansion card is AC122.
The Y-axis error codes on the controller are 5005 and 8210; - We have verified that the input for the Y-axis is correct (3-phase power, 220VAC), and the wiring is parallel with the X-axis; however, there is no output for the U, V, and W phases of the Y-axis. The U, V, and W phases of the X-axis have output (approximately 300V).
- We tried replacing the Y-axis ACOPOS1022, but after connecting all the wires and powering on:
The X-axis ACOPOS1022 shows the READY indicator continuously lit in green, and the RUN indicator continuously lit in orange.
However, the Y-axis ERROR indicator immediately lights up red.
(We replaced three new ACOPOS units for the Y-axis, and the status remained the same as above.) - The wiring for the Y-axis brake and temperature is the same as the X-axis. Additionally, the Y-axis motor temperature is not high, and the Y-axis motor has been replaced with a new one.
How should I resolve this issue?
