hello every one , actually i have an strange issue happening in several machines , i have been using acopos drives with power supply (8B0P0440HW00.000-1) and (8B0C0320HW00.002-) when i power off the machine its not able to start , i checked the power 400 v for (P0440) its there , so i think my issue is with the CR-ok terminal , i want to know how it works , and what can be the reason that the power supply not able to run , unless i blow it with air for more than 5 mints ,
this issue is common for 4 machines …
one more thing i have another machine with same setup for power supply but instead of (8B0C0320HW00.002-1) i have (8B0C0320HC00.00A-1) same issue happening there , but for this i force the 24v external supply for (8B0C0320HC00.00A-1) , and then the system works .
so:
- what is the difference between ( 8B0C0320HW00.002-1)and( 8B0C0320HC00.00A-1)
- and for the first one why i should blow air for activating CR-ok.
- and instead of air can i supply(P0440) with 5 v external supply to start it , and then remove it , because its taking long time to be restart.
