ACOPOSmulti3 Fehler bei Nutzung von MC_BR_MoveCyclicVelocity

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade einen Motor mittels MC_BR_MoveCyclicVelocity anzusteuern, doch sobald ich den Baustein auf Enable schalte, erhalte ich mehrere Achsfehler:
Error 32037: Error messages lost because of FIFO overflow, gefolgt von rund 20 Error 29294 : Not able to determine error text.

Wenn ich den Umrichter Händig über das Testcenter ansteuere, kommt kein Fehler und der Motor dreht.
Wenn ich den Baustein MC_BR_MoveCyclicVelocity durch den Baustein MC_MoveVelocity ersetze dreht der Motor ebenfalls ohne Fehler.
Die Grundvorraussetzungen (Init ok, Reglerbereit, Standstill etc) sind also gegeben.
acp10etxde ist im Init eingebunden und ich kann auch im NCManager keinen Mappingfehler erkennen.
Das Programm umfasst 26 Achsen, die 5 Achsen welche über MoveCyclicVelocity angesteuert werden haben alle das gleiche Problem.
Die Bausteine sitzen im NC Manager Task und der ACP10_MC_BROADCAST steht auf OCTET[800]

Have you checked network command trace, logger and on SDM, Motion - Axis information page?

Hello,

The description of error 32037 is as follows: “Error message(s) lost because of FIFO overflow (acknowledge errors)”. This error means that there is another error that is cyclically written to the buffer. Therefore, it is necessary to detect this error from the Network Command Trace and resolve it.

@c480170 , I was helping a customer yesterday evening and as you see below a loop of the same command was generated due to a small mistake in the sequence of commands:

I’m sure you are facing the same problem…FIFO overflow of messages.
