ACOPOStrak snapshot diagnostic feature from mappMotion V6.3

Dear Community,

I would like to announce very helpful feature for diagnostic of ACOPOStrak faults.
The snapshot feature available, from mappMotion V 6.3. It is a mappMotion feature, so it is defined by the component (trak, robotics, single axis, etc.).

For mappTrak, more info can be found in the configuration of the assembly feature.

Snapshot data consists of:

• system dump

• assembly layout in SVG,

• video recording of error situation ( Time stamps in the video are matching to timestamps in the logger)

• Variable trace in CSV (diagnostic data of all the shuttles in error case)

Saving of the trace and video to the snapshot folder can take few minutes depending on the CPU load.
Snapshot is compressed by default in format 2025-05-20-14-13-31-099.tar.gz

Steps for configuration of the feature:

1. Configuration of assembly feature
   

   2. Assignment of the feature in assembly configuration
      

   3. AsArSdm library needs to be added to the project for saving of System Dump in the snapshot.
      

      

   4. File device in CPU configuration.

In ArSim is the snapshot folder located under the path: \Project_name\Temp\Simulation\Config1\X20CP1685\USER\snapshot
