Aprol 4.2-07 aprol loader not connecting

Dear Team,

I am encountering an issue while attempting to download a project using the Download Manager. The error message indicates that it is unable to connect to the APROL Loader Port.

For your reference, I have attached screenshots detailing the error.

Hello,

This issue is closed, the solution was the profile file inside the HOME directory was deleted.
We restored the file and found ok.
