usually the “Details” window has tabs at the bottom, one of them being “Backtrace”. This could help pinpoint the location the issue is happening. Though I doubt it’ll be useful as AR_RTK is an internal component it might be worth a shot looking at/for it.
If this is not available or doesn’t help, I’m suggesting contacting your local support office.
