We received a notice that we need to check the firmware (and update) on some ACO-POSmulti3 units that might not have the fans activated. We have all the backup programs from the systems we have installed but cannot seem to find the firmware version within the program file. Can you please tell us how we can check this version so we know if we need to make this change for our customers.

you can check this on the live systems via the NetworkCommandTrace
or, if you want to check this offline, in the opened AS project, go to Project->Change runtime versions and see the versions of “mappMotion” and/or “ACP10 ARNC0 (Motion)”
