We test the IIOT connector on VMWare Ubuntu system. We successfully installed the software now we find the saved button is grey can not be clicked.
What is the reason? If it is about the license? We do not activate it, If it is the reason of license how can we apply for the trail license?

I haven’t worked with IIoT connector so far, but at least I know you can simply request a trial licence via the B&R website “Service → Software registration”:
