this SD Version is a part of the AS 4.0.18 Setup. You can find it on the B&R Homepage. Downloads | B&R Industrial Automation

Open the installation folder and search for SafeDESIGNER V3.3.

Note: I would also like to clarify whether it is possible to use one of the “recommended” SD versions that can be found under Downloads.

Thanks , Found it.
and I hope try to update the current software to version working with windows 10 as this version not support windows 10 but as this installed now on the machine with windows 7.
Are any tips need to ensure before upgrade current version to windows 10
