SafeMOTION modules (ACOPOSmulti SafeMOTION, ACOPOS P3 SafeMOTION, ACOPOSmotor SafeMOTION) do strictly monitor many different internal voltage levels during operation.
In case any of the measurements leads to a violation of voltage limits, following error might appear.

To understand the details of this message and find out the root cause. Following information is available through “Info1” of the logger message.
See also AS help for this error message:
In case the information in Info1 is in the format 0xiivvvv02 it means “voltage out of range”.
Info1 = 0x04088D02 [0xiivvvv02]
ii … index … 04
vvvv … value … 088D
02 … voltage out of range
mux = ii AND 0x80 = 04 AND 80 = 0
This can be calculated by using the Windows calculator in Programmer mode and using the logical AND function:
chl = ii AND 0x7F = 04 AND 7F = 4
The relevant voltage is hardware dependent. There is a list of drive modules and table available in the help:
Therefore in this case the 24 VDC power supply has violated the lower limit of the monitoring range. A check of the external 24 VDC supply or supply through the 8B0C auxiliary power supply would be required here.
