In CNC application I replaced 3 double axis drives: ACOPOSmulti (8BVI0055HWDS.000-1) with ACOPOS P3 (8EI8X8HWDS0.xxxx-1). I also upgraded project made with AS4.2 to version AS4.12. Motion is done with ACP10 ARNC0 and is now upgraded to version 5.29.1 (from 3.18.2). In PLC and Safety PLC applications I didn’t change anything else except the HW configuration.
PLC program is compiled with no errors while Safety not. Safety PLC type is X20SL8101. All 6 axes are safety axes.
Built error is: “Module 8ESMC59315 with axis ID 0 supports motion profiles. This axis is connected to an incorrect function block.” Internal error E#0x23.
In the safety application “SF_SafeMC_BR_V2_00” blocks are used for each axis.
Safedesigner version is: 4.2.6.2
It shows only 1 error, but I think the problem is with all 6 axes, compiler probably shows only the first. In the 8ESMC59315 HW configurations there is no module with SafeMODULEID = 0 while in Safety program axes are defined with SAFEINT#0 to SAFEINT#5
