Hello.

I’m starting to use an ACOPOS P3 Safety with SafeMotion on an APC10, but I’m not able to enable the axis.

At startup, I get NC Error 1026 and ParID 1163: “Limited Speed Error Monitoring Mode”.

I’m only using one axis of a dual-axis drive. The Axis ID in SafeDESIGNER remains at 0, even though I have followed all the steps as described in the official training manual.

In the standard PLC application, I can see safety status variables like STOActive, but I still can’t operate the drive even in the most basic mode.

What could be causing the Axis ID to stay at 0, and how can I ensure the drive is correctly linked to the SafeDESIGNER axis?

Hello Noe,
the error 1026: “Value of parameter in connection with SAFETY module not allowed” tells that a ParID is written to an invalid valid for a SafeMOTION axis.

In connection with the mentioned ParID 1163: AXLIM_DV_STOP_MODE there is some limitation for SafeMOTION.

So AXLIM_DV_STOP_MODE = ncOFF is not allowed for your axis. Please select another value for this ParID.

In ACP10 this parameter e.g. can be found in the axis init table:

Also make sure that the mappAxis configuration does not overwrite this value in case of working with MpAxisBasic.
